Obituary for THOMEN

Timothy J. Thomen, 58, beloved husband and father, passed away on April 11, 2007. Timothy was born in Albuquerque, NM to Frank and Carmen Thomen. He served in the United States Air Force in Vietnam, and later worked as an analyst in the insurance business. After he retired, he enjoyed sports, reading, hiking and biking. He was a member of the American Legion Post 69. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Thomen Sr. He is survived by his wife, Debra Sayres-Thomen; mother, Carmen Thomen; daughter, Delainna Thomen; son, Ryan Thomen; stepson, Michael Thompson; sisters, Dolores Tapia, Susie Scrivner and husband, Dave, Rosemary Stewart, and Elizabeth Livesay; brothers, Frank Thomen Jr. and Raymond Thomen and wife, Charlotte; and many nieces and nephews. A Rosary will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, April 13, 2007 at Daniels Family Funeral Services. A viewing will follow. Graveside Services will be at Gate of Heaven at 2:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Albuquerque Academy Library, 6400 Wyoming NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109, for Timothy's love of education and reading.
