Donald Lester Kreisher, 80 and a resident of Albuquerque since 1959, died March 31, 2007. Donald was born March 22, 1927, in Reading, PA, to William Kreisher and Edna Brile Kreisher. He spent 22 years in the Armed Forces, with 18 years in the Air Force and four years serving in the Navy. Donald enjoyed collecting coins and dolls. He was preceded in death by his son, Donald Lester Kreisher II in 2002. Donald is survived by: his wife of 59 years, Edith Kreisher of Albuquerque; children, Millicent Metz and husband, Butch of Liberty, SC, and Gene Kreisher and wife, Marianne of Albuquerque; five grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren. Graveside Service will be Wednesday, April 4, 2007, at 2 p.m. at Vista Verde Memorial Park in Rio Rancho. Pallbearers will be Gene Kreisher, David Smith, and Gene C. Kreisher.
