Isabel M. (Murphy) Martinez, passed away at home on Thursday March 29, 2007. She is preceded in death by her sons, Richard (Ricky) and Chris (Sudsy) Martinez. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Chris Martinez; mother, Julia Murphy; daughter, Kathy and husband, Leroy Griego; her grandchildren, Maria Victoria and husband Chris Hawkins, Christina Griego, Benito Rey Griego and wife, Cynthia, and Max Rey Martinez; great-grandchildren, Jocette Aragon, Ethan and Anna Hawkins, David and Iliana Griego, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. A Rosary will be recited for Isabel Sunday, April 1, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at Salazar and Sons Mortuary. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday, April 2, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church. Interment will take place at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Benito Rey Griego, Max Rey Martinez, Chris Hawkins, Richie Torres, Michael Medina, and Anthony Mojarro. Honorary Pallbearer will be Beatrice Chavez.
