Jesse E Baxter, 89, died Tuesday, March 13, 2007. He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Arlene: son, Phil Baxter; daughter, Joan Baxter Scott and husband, John; grandchildren, Roger Baxter and wife, Michelle, Lisa O'Nell, Tara Baxter and Derek Douglass; great-grandchildren, Brannon, Lexa, Breken, Alexandra, Tristen, and Conner. Mr. Baxter was owner and founder of Albuquerque Chemical Co before retiring in 1995. He was a charter member of Netherwood Park Church of Christ and a member of the QB's as well as many other community organizations. Service will be held Saturday, March 17, 2007, 10:00 a.m., at Netherwood Park Church of Christ, 5101 Indian School Rd. NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary University Blvd. Chapel, Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Albuquerque Christian Children's Home 5700 Winter Haven Dr. NW, Albuquerque, NM 87120.
