Pearl L. Parrett-Duncan-McElyea, born December 24, 1929, went home to be with the Lord March 8, 2007. She was retired from civil service as a procurement officer. She was preceded in death by her husband, James M.Duncan II, and then Billy McElyea; also daughter, Randy L. Duncan-Poole. She is survived by many brothers and sisters, her children Rondalyn Jethro, Marc Duncan, Buck Duncan and his wife, Tami, Tammy Starr Duncan, and Gabriella Duncan; 16 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Please join us in celebration of her life on Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at home, 11305 Corona Ave. NE, Albuquerque, NM 87122. Reception following.
