Mary Delambre, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, March 6, 2007. She was born in Litchfield, MN, on August 19, 1927. She is survived by her daughters, Laura Delambre-Melloy and husband, Joe, and Linda Delambre Allen; grandchildren, David Delambre-Melloy, John Delambre-Melloy, Krista Welch and husband, Chris, Kyle Allen and Brent Allen; brothers, Rt. Col. Peter Foss and wife, Marie of Massachusetts, Rt. General John Foss and wife, Gloria of Virginia, and Martin Foss and wife, Gloria; sisters Theresa O'Brien and husband, Jack, Bernadette Hughes and husband, Frank, and Claire Bauer and husband, Merle, all of Minnesota; sisters-in-law, Joyce Foss of Minnesota, Jane Kontowica of Wisconsin and Linda Foss of Minnesota; and many nieces and nephews. Mary served in the US Army as a surgical nurse and while stationed at Sandia Base, she met and married Lorry C. Delambre, who has preceded her in death. She was a member of the Women's Guild at Risen Savior Catholic Community. Mary enjoyed traveling and playing bridge in her free time with her family and friends. Friends may visit French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until Rosary on Sunday, March 11, 2007, 5:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday, March 12, 2007, 10:00 a.m., at Risen Savior Catholic Community, 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE.
