Mary Lou Ford, 81, a resident of Albuquerque since 1950 passed away on Friday, March 2, 2007. She is survived by her three children, Mary Bryson and husband, Allen, of Ft. Worth, TX, Bobby Ford and wife, Sharon, of Albuquerque; and Carolyn Smith and husband, Alan, of Albuquerque, NM; eleven grandchildren, Kathy Struve and husband, Kris, Lisa Powell, David Powell, Jennie Evartt, Scott Bryson and wife, Chelli, Jennifer Shepherd and husband, Mike, Jason Ford and wife, Cindy, Connie Crandall and husband, Maury, Robby Ford, Danise Ahlen and husband, Marc, Julie Kachelmeier and husband, Alan; 16 great grandchildren, Caleb, Alec, Kalli, Dylan, Samuel, Mackaylah, Kaylea, Emma, Logan, Brianna, Ryan, Avery, Colin, Paige, Lexi and Hunter; brothers, Ray, Jim, Russell, and Leon Hooser; and numerous nephews, nieces and friends. Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Ford on December 3, 1995. She was born on December 17, 1925 in Natural Dam, AR to William Jackson Hooser and Ada Amy Russell Hooser. Mary Lou worked as a riveter during World War II at Spartan Aircraft in San Diego, CA. She married Roy Ford on January 9, 1946, in Tulsa, OK. Her life was devoted to her husband, children, and grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service for friends of Bobby Ford and his family will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 1100 Montano Rd. NW. on Friday, March 9, 2007, 3:00 p.m. Private interment of cremated remains will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Mary Lou's name to the American Cancer Society, 10501 Montgomery Blvd. NE, Suite 300, 87111.
