Rachel "Cookie" Jaramillo, 57, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away while surrounded by her loving family on Friday, February 9, 2007. She is survived by her son, Matthew Jaramillo; mother, Mary Alire; sisters, Lorraine Chavez and husband, Orlando; Barbara Garcia and husband, Charles; Espie Montoya and husband, Ernie; and Dorothy Borden and husband, Christopher; brother, Thomas "Butch" Jaramillo; nieces, Cynthia Chavez, Amber Garcia and Mariah Montoya; nephews, Donovan Chavez and Evan Montoya; great-niece, Xiola Blu Chavez; and many cousins and friends. Mass will be Celebrated Tuesday, February 13, 2007, 10:00 a.m., at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont NE. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Orlando Chavez, Charles Garcia, Ernie Montoya, Christopher Borden, Donovan Chavez and Evan Montoya.
