Monica Garcia, 82, a resident of Albuquerque, died on Thursday. She is survived by her children: Morris Garcia and wife, Rose; Jose Antonio and wife, Brenda; and Juanita Maestas and husband, Robert; brother, Leopoldo Garcia and sister, Florencia Salas; 15 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. A visitation for Mrs. Garcia will be Monday from 3:00-5:00 p.m. in the Reflection of LifeŠ Chapel (Washington and Cutler NE) and the Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. at San Jose de Duranes Mission. The Life Celebration Mass will be held on Tuesday at San Jose de Duranes at 11:30 a.m. followed by a Graveside Service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Juan Garcia, Tim Garcia, Anthony (Nano) Garcia, Angelo Maestas, Alfonso Maestas and Emiliano (Pino) Maestas.
