GABINO G. Family and Friends Remembering Gabino G. Venegas July 1963 - January 14, 1998 Nothing will stop. Nothing deter its course. Yet this empty void will remain unfilled, In all the lives he touched with his shyest nature, which concealed such real potential. Shock halts us leaden in our heavy steps At the abrupt loss of his widest smile, Which leaves the brilliance of the sun covered By a haze as his lasting legacy. Parental strength was there for this loved man Don't be saddened by what you wished for him No more will he suffer pangs of sorrow. Nor endure others' perpetrated hurts. Soft and kind were his characteristics, So precious in the brashness of our days, Plead that all other egos could be this Well restrained. Surely then strife should cease. - Leslie Fine -
