Obituary for VULGAN

Dorothy D. Vulgan, 80, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2007. Born in Temple, TX, to Frank and Mabel Berger, she had been a long time resident of Albuquerque, NM, had moved to Medford, OR, in 1996, and then to the Tacoma, WA area in 2006. Dorothy's greatest love was her family and the Lord. Bible study and sharing God's message of grace was a passion. She loved great hymns of the Faith and had been a church soloist for many years. She loved roses and enjoyed painting plaster pieces. She was a member of the Huguenot Society, NM Chapter. Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 60 wonderful years, Edward Joseph; daughter, Lorraine (Darrel) Ford of Tacoma; son, Edward J. Vulgan Jr. (Betsy) of Portland, OR; grandchildren, Saundra (Eric) Trujillo, Bethany Ford, both of Albuquerque, NM, Sara, Jennifer, and Andrew Vulgan, all of Portland, OR; great-grandchildren, Evan and Janelle Trujillo, both of Albuquerque, NM. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2007 at 12:00 noon at Yahn and Son Funeral Home in Auburn. Private interment was held at Tahoma National Cemetery.
