Leonires (Lily) Lucero, born February 27, 1927, passed away January 12, 2007, while surrounded by her loving family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose Antonio and Dolores Torres. She is survived by her brothers Orlando and wife Isabel; Vicente and wife Lorie; Joe D. and wife Viol; and several nieces and nephews. Lily was a devoted daughter, sister and aunt and will be greatly missed by her family. A Memorial Rosary will be recited on Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. in the Eighth St. Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services - Garcia Mortuary. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. at the St. Anne Catholic Church, 1734 Isleta Blvd. SW. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date at the Willard, NM Cemetery.
