Obituary for MAES

Pearl Maes, 92 a lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2006. Pearl dedicated her life to her family, and touched so many people during her lifetime. She was the matriarch of our family, with a flare for conviction and humor. She guided us, loved us, and protected us. Pearl is survived by her sister, Ruby Sullivan; her niece, Cynthia Sullivan; and sister-in-law, Virginia Maes, all of Albuquerque; newphews, Rolen Miller, and John Petrig of Oklahoma; and her brother, Richard Maes of Fort Worth, TX. Pearl is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members. She will be missed by us all. Pearl was a guardian angel to her family while she was on this earth, and we know she is a guardian angel to her family while in heaven. Her presence will be with us forever.
