Obituary for GRADY

Jeanette A. Grady, 87, of Albuquerque, passed away Friday December 1, 2006 at a local care facility. Mrs. Grady was born on January 9, 1919 in Cooperstown, ND. She married Jack Grady on February 22, 1947. Jack preceded her in death on September 28, 2004 after 57 years of marriage. Mrs. Grady is survived by her two sons, Cecil Jack Grady and wife, Sandra of Illinois, and Michael O. Grady and wife, Judith of Albuquerque; two grandchildren, Brian Grady and wife, Denise, and Kelly Morton and husband, Chris; great-grandson, Zachery Grady; and brother, John Grecula of Minnesota. Mrs. Grady was a member of St. John's Methodist Church of Albuquerque. She did volunteer work with the Telephone Pioneers, making comfort bears and administering eye and hearing tests for public school children. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family. Memorial Services will be held Friday, December 8, 2006, 10:00 a.m., at St. John's Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona NE, with Pastor Clyde Stanfield officiating. Interment will follow at Santa Fe National Cemetery in Santa Fe, NM.
