Linda Cotton died Thursday, November 23, 2006 while celebrating Thanksgiving with friends. Linda was well known for her beautiful voice, her ability to entertain, and her involvement with charities. She is survived by her brother, Woody Cotton and a host of friends and fellow artists. Services will be held Saturday, December 2, 2006, 12:00 p.m. at French Mortuary University Chapel, 1111 University NE. Friends may visit French Mortuary Friday, December 1, 2006 from 4 - 7 p.m. A citywide musical memorial tribute will be held Sunday, December 10, 2006, 2:00 p.m., at the Hotel Albuquerque, 800 Rio Grande Blvd. NW.
