Pamela Ann Roybal, 38, a resident of Rio Rancho, died unexpectedly on Friday, November 17, 2006. Pam was born March 28, 1968 the daughter of David Bennie and Alice Diana Ortiz Roybal in Santa Fe, NM. Pam graduated from Cibola High School in 1986. She will be remembered as a beloved daughter, sister, and mother. Pam is survived by her father, David B. Roybal and wife, Barbara; mother, Alice Ortiz-Gee and husband, Robert; son, Joseph Dylan Barlow; brother, Brian Roybal; sister, Deanne Roybal; two step-brothers, Carlos Lopez and Jake Gee; maternal grandfather, Inez Ortiz; paternal grandmother, Donelia Roybal; and niece, Hannah Roybal. A celebration of Pamela's life will be held on Friday, November 24, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at The Church of the Incarnation, 2309 Monterrey Rd. NE, Rio Rancho, NM. The Mass of Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, November 25, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at The Church of the Incarnation. Private interment has taken place at Rosario Cemetery in Santa Fe.
