Mabel Subat, 92, a longtime resident of Albuquerque, died Wednesday, November 15, 2006. She is survived by her children, Edwin Subat and wife, Ruth of Sheboygan Falls, WI, and Marlee Mulnix and husband, Jim of Los Lunas; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and sister, Dorothy Pagel of Wautoma, WI. Mabel was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin C. Subat and son, Robert R. Subat. She was very active in New Mexico politics. Cremation has taken place and no local services are planned.
