Mobley and Vada Johnson, who preceded her in death, Dallas was born in Clovis on February 28, 1938, lived in Santa Fe, and grew up in Albuquerque. She attended Trudell's Private School, Ernie Pyle Junior High, and graduated from Highland High School in 1956. Dallas was a legal secretary, one of the best, for many years in New Orleans, Prescott, AZ, Albuquerque, and Phoenix. Dallas is survived by her three children, Bryan Johnston and wife, Donna of Massachusettes, Duane Johnston and wife, Sherrie, and their three children: Ryan, Taylor, and Ashley of Bayfield, CO, and Lori Riffle and husband, Benson and their two children, Emerson Miles Garrett and Aaron Dallas, of Phoenix, AZ. Dallas loved her children, all animals, large and small, and the Democratic Party - in that order. She was hilariously funny and has become a true legend in her family. The "Dallas Stories" will never die. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at Strong-Thorne Chapel at 1100 Coal Avenue SE, with burial Services following at Sunset Memorial Garden.
