James (Jim) Joseph Smith, 74, passed away on Monday, November 5, 2006. Jim was born November 11, 1931 in La Union, NM, the son of Jewel J. and Lillian Myrtle Thomason Smith. Jim is survived by his wife, Martie; nine children; 36 grandchildren; and 33 great-grandchildren. The Service for Jim will be held today, Tuesday, November 6, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Daniels Family Funeral Services, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho with Frank Hicks officiating.
