Dionicia Jojola died Monday, October 16, 2006 in Albuquerque at the age of 91. Mrs. Jojola is survived by one brother, Max; two sisters, Lena and Ricki; two daughters, Carmen Martinez, and Margaret and her husband, David Pacheco; 13 grandchildren, Paul, Mary Lorraine, Angie, Raymond, Rachel, Virginia, Barbara, Irene, Kathy, Ben, Ernest, Jeffery, and Johnny; 28 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; and many nephews and nieces. Visitation for Mrs. Jojola will be held on Thursday, October 19, 2006 from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. also at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, October 20, 2006 at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Paul Martinez, Joel Brown, Raymond Pacheco, David Baca, and Marcos Pacheco. Honorary pallbearers will be David Pacheco and Raymond Romero.
