Larry Dean Martinez, age 57, beloved father, grandfather, son, and brother was suddenly taken to be with our Lord Savior Jesus Christ on September 26, 2006 in Caldwell, ID where he had been residing since his completion with the United States Marine Corps. He was born in Albuquerque, NM on March 5, 1949. Larry was preceded in death by his father, Juan B. Martinez Jr. and half-brother, Gerard Griego. He is survived by his son, Thomas Dean Martinez of Iowa; and daughter, Cassandra Martinez; and five grandchildren of Nyssa, OR; also his beloved mother, Mrs. Bertha Griego and her husband, Robert Griego; sisters, Louise Lovato, Loretta Thomason; half-sister Roseannette Bentz, all from Albuquerque, NM; and half-brother, Michael Griego of Mesa, AZ; several nieces and nephews.
