Isabel Montano was born March 24, 1938 in Manzano, NM. She came to Albuquerque as a teenager, where she lived for the remainder of her life. She passed away at her home Friday, September 29, 2006. Isabel was an angel to all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lisa Montano and her husband, Roman Montano Sr. Isabel is survived by her son, Roman Montano Jr. and wife, Jennifer; three grandchildren, Daniel Montano, Gabriela Montano, and Jene Montano; brother, Luis Zamora and Angie Trujillo. She is finally at rest after a life devoted to her family and loved ones. We will miss you. A Memorial Service will be held at Cristo del Valle Presbyterian Church, 3907 Isleta Blvd. SW, (south of Rio Bravo) on Friday, October 6, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. Arrangements by Direct Funeral Services, 2919 4th St. NW, ABQ. 505-343-8008
