John Potter, 89, born January 7, 1917 in Sheboygan, WI. Died September 20, 2006 in Pueblo, CO. Founder of Potter Form & Tie in Rockford, IL. Moved to Albuquerque, NM in 1970 where he opened two Bed and Bath Fashion Shops. World War II veteran. Preceded in death by parents, Johanna deVriend and Marinus Potter. Survived by John (Janice) Potter, David (Dorothy) Potter, Melanie (John) Tappen, Stephanie (Chris) Kendrick. Grumpy Grandpa was beloved by eight grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren. Memorial Service to be held in San Antonio, TX.
