Connie Roybal, 85, passed away September 17, 2006. She is survived by her daughters, Joan Stephens and husband, Sam, Estelle Baca and husband, Max; and daughter-in-law, Alma Roybal; grandchildren, Mark Stephens, Kevin Stephens, Kim Baca, Tim Baca, Carol Roybal, Lillian Peralta, and Melissa Becerra; 14 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and lots of close friends. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 20, 2006, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Salazar & Sons Mortuary. A Rosary will be recited that same evening at San Jose Parish at 7:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, September 21, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at San Jose Parish, interment will follow the Mass and will take place at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Tim Baca, Milton Hernandez, Zack Baca, Luis Becerra, Anthony Baca, and Barry Cosgrove.
