Norma Potter Erne departed her earthly body on September 9, 2006. She was a resident of Albuquerque, NM for 50 years. She leaves behind her beloved husband of 48 years, Louis; daughter, Peggy Hughes (Tim); sons, Daniel Erne and Stuart Erne (Margay); grandsons, Seth Hughes, Max Erne, Caleb Hughes, and Jake Erne; nephews, Brad Potter and Drew Potter (Kathi); niece, Christine Torres; and scores of dear friends. She joins, in Eternity, her mother and father, Allen and Margaret Potter; her brother and sister-in-law, Max and Shirley Potter; and her aunt and uncle, Ruth and Victor Tuffentsamer. Norma was a member of Assistance League of Albuquerque for 30 years and enjoyed working at The Blue Portal and The Bargain Box. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 15, 2006, commencing at 1:00 p.m., at Church of the Good Shepherd, located at 7834 Tennyson NE, Albuquerque, NM, with Howard Houldsworth presiding. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
