Robert Dwor, age 91, a resident of Albuquerque for the past 30 years, passed away on Monday, September 11, 2006. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances K. Dwor. He is survived by his son, Marc Dwor and wife, Kathleen; daughter, Shelly Mahon; brother, Leonard Dwor; and grandchildren, Danielle Dwor, Michelle Dwor, and Aurora Mahon. Robert was a retired Assistant Sports Editor for the New York Daily News, and was also a member of the Elks lodge.
