Joseph A. Pacheco passed away Friday, September 8, 2006. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy where he received many awards including the Purple Heart. Joseph was a generous man a giving and kind person, and always willing to help anyone and everyone. He could be humorous and put a smile on anyone's face. Joseph is survived by and leaves behind his wife, Linda Pacheco; daughter, Linda Candelaria; sons, Javier Pacheco, Joseph Pacheco, and John Paul Pacheco; seven grandchildren, Jamie, John, Matthew, Christopher, Joey, Xavier, and Savanna; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at St. Therese Catholic Church, 4th and Mildred NW. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2006. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 14, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with U.S. Navy Honors.
