Andres Bernal, a lifelong resident of Pena Blanca, was born in Pena Blanca, NM February 7, 1923. He passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2006. Andres was preceded in death by his parents, Maximillio and Maria Bernal; sisters, Theodora Gonzales and Paula Garcia. He is survived by his brothers, Polito Bernal and Ralph Bernal; sister, Umelia Lucero; other family members and friends who loved and will miss him. Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Pena Blanca, NM. A Rosary will be recited on Friday, September 8, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 9, 2006 at 11:00 a.m., with burial following at the Parish Cemetery.
