JOHN W. Dr. John W. "Doc" Swartz, 92, passed away August 22, 2006 in a Mineral Wells, TX hospital. He was born October 29, 1913 in Monroe, WI, the son of Harry and Pearl Benage Swartz. He had lived in Millsap, TX for the past several years and in Las Cruces, NM prior to that. He was a retired dentist and a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in WWII. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law: Virginia and Wayne Sanderson of Millsap; sister: Mae Swartz of Millsap; granddaughter and husband: Jane and Richard Dews of Billings, MT; and great-grandchildren: Wesley and Allison Dews.
