Frank Donald Owens, 89, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2005. He was born in Eagleville, CA on February 13, 1916 and was raised on ranches in California and Nevada. The love of his life, his wife, Margaret E. "Liz" Owens, preceded him in death. He is survived by his two children, Linda Owens and Jim Owens, his wife, Rudi, one granddaughter, Sydney Owens, and his sister, Dorothy Gross. This was an exceptionally good and honest man. He dearly loved his family, friends, the land, and The united States of America. And, he never knew a stranger. Frank will be greatly missed and remembered by all who knew and loved him. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Hillsboro Union Church, Hillsboro, NM. Family and friends are invited to share their memories at the Memorial Service. Military honors will be accorded by the Holloman Air Force base Honor Guard. Donations may be made to The Susan G.
