Mable L. Williamson passed away in Albuquerque Saturday, August 5, 2006. She was born on April 19, 1913 in Manassa, CO to Frank and Frances Bailey-Hawkins. Mable was an active member of the First Baptist Church of Cuba. She had a great sense of humor, was a wonderful cook, and enjoyed life to the fullest. Mable loved her family and the Lord. She married Lee Williamson in 1946. They relocated from Espanola to San Ysidro that same year. They moved to Cuba in 1948, and owned many businesses throughout the years. Mable was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry Owens; second husband, Lee Willamson; and children, Harry and Gary Owens, Martha Anderson, and Frances Scott. She is survived by her children, Mary Dodgen, Wanda Summers, Carolyn Koch, and Frank Williamson; 15 grandchildren; and numerous great- and great-great-grandchildren. Services will be held Thursday, August 10, 2006, 10:00 a.m., at First Baptist Church, 6361 Highway 550, Cuba NM. Friends may visit French Mortuary, University Blvd. Chapel on Wednesday August 9, 2006 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A viewing will be held one hour prior to Services on Thursday at First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at the Lindrith Cemetery in Lindrith, NM. French Mortuary 1111 University Blvd. NE. 843-6333
