Thomas Jay Harwood, 69, passed away unexpectadly on July 29 in Gallup, NM. Jay, a resident of Chinook, MT was born July 27, 1937 in Browning MT. He is survived by his wife, Dianna; son, Terry and wife, Anita and their children, Richie, Zachary, and Jessica; son, Tom; son, Clint and children, Ryan and Justin; daughter, Donna and children, Jake and Adam; stepsons, Fred, Joseph, and Charles Knight and their families; and sisters, Rita, Joan, and Carma. Jay was a prominent PRCA Announcer and was recently inducted into the Montana Pro-Rodeo Hall of Fame as well as Montana Rodeo Legends. He was retired from IHS and had his own consult business. He was beloved by many, and he will be greatly missed. Services will be held on August 3-4, 2006 at Pondera Funeral Home in Conrad, MT.
