Obituary for ARAGON

Espiridion O. "Speedy" Aragon, age 85, a resident of Valencia, NM, passed away on July 29, 2006. He was a member of Valencia Catholic Church and a veteran of World War II. Espiridion was a lifetime Valencia County farmer and also drove a school bus for the Los Lunas Schools. He was preceded in death by his wife, Juanita O. Aragon, who passed away on January 1, 1996; his brothers, Tony Aragon, and Jamie Aragon. He is survived by his daughter, Vitalia A. Chavez and her husband, Roman of Belen; his four sons, Celestino Aragon and his wife, Loretta T. of Valencia, Ralph Aragon of Valencia, Frank Aragon and his wife, Nadine, Delfin Aragon and his wife, Ida of Los Lunas; four sisters, Pablita A. Aragon, Emelia Aragon, Virginia Aragon, and Eufemia Aragon; one brother, Jose Maria Aragon; 18 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren. All services will be held on Tuesday, August 1, 2006 at Sandia Cristo Church beginning with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. followed by a Rosary at 9:30 a.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Valencia Catholic Cemetery.
