Ernest R. Martinez, 70, a resident of Albuquerque, died on Friday. He was preceded in death by his parents: Juan and Josefina Martinez; brother, Juanito and sister, Manuelita. Mr. Martinez is survived by his wife of 43 years, Tila Martinez; children: Juan and wife, Lori; Patrick and wife, Heather; Andrew; Kellee and husband, Ray Avery; brothers: Joe, Danny and Johnnie; sisters: Flora, Loyda and Mary; five grandchildren; and many cousins. The Rosary will be at 7:00 p.m. on Monday at St. Therese Catholic Church. A Mass will be held on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Therese Catholic Church. Graveside Service at the Santa Fe National Cemetery will be at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Ramirez, Steve Lujan, and Erick Martinez.
