Solia C. Carabajal of Albuquerque passed away July 24, 2006. She was born to Ambrosio and Emilia Chaves of Belen, NM. Solia was an Albuquerque resident for years and was a long-time member of the Sangre De Cristo Parish, and participated in the Altar and Rosary Society, and on the Bereavement Committee. She was a past member of the Catholic Daughters. She is survived by her son, Anthony and wife, Agnes Carabajal; daughter, Olivia D. Carabajal; sister, Melly Maestas; niece, Delphy King; niece, Phoebe Keller; and numerous other nieces, nephews, and extended family; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A Rosary will be recited Thursday evening at Sangre De Christo Catholic Church, 8901 Candelaria Rd. NE, at 7 p.m. Mass will be celebrated Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the church.
