Diego M. Armijo, 83, a resident of Albuquerque and a World War II Veteran, died on Saturday. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Isabel. Diego is survived by his son, Felix A. Armijo of Belen; grandchild, Michael Armijo; brothers: Telesfor Armijo of Nevada; Julian Armijo of Albuquerque; and sister and brother-in-law: Mercy and Joe Fusco. A Visitation for Mr. Armijo will be held on Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. in the Reflection of LifeŠ Chapel (Washington and Cutler NE). Life Celebration Mass will be at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church on Thursday at 9:00 a.m. with Graveside Service following at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
