Mary Eunice Hurford, 95, a resident of Rio Rancho, passed away on Thursday, May 25, 2006. She had been a resident of New Mexico since 1948. Mary was born May 30, 1910, the daughter of Robert and Roslyn Coster Tully in Boston, MA. She was one of ten children. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Hugh Hurford; her daughter, Mary Eunice Hurford; one son, Thomas James Hurford; and eight of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by one son, Paul J. Hurford of Rio Rancho; one sister, Doris Ahearn, age 91, of Rhode Island; and one grandson, Dan T. Hurford of Albuquerque. Friends and family may stop by to pay their respects on Thursday, June 1, 2006 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. at Vista Verde Mortuary, Sara Rd. at Meadowlark Ln., Rio Rancho.
