Ruby Poole Tabacchi, a resident of Albuquerque since 1945, died Sunday, May 7, 2006. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, George Tabacchi; children, Etta Wollmann and husband, Charles, Vince Tabacchi and wife, Terri, Jo Tabacchi and husband, R.P. Bohannan and Tony Tabacchi and wife, Michelle; grandchildren, Charles V. Wollmann and wife, Beata Thorstensen, Ann Wollmann, Jack Bohannan, Will Bohannan, Brad Rajala, and Mary Tabacchi; great-granddaughter, Madeline Devlin-Wollmann; brother, Robert Poole and wife, Sara; sister-in-law, Margaret Emberty; two very dear friends, Ruby Smith and Louise Lowe; and many nieces and nephews. Ruby loved her family, poetry, dolls, and her dear little dogs. Special thanks and appreciation for the wonderful care given by Vernita McKinney, Lawrence Stokes, Earlastine Garrett, Karin Fogal, and Hospice of New Mexico. The family held a private Graveside Service at Sunset Memorial Park.
