Jack Allen Whitehorn, CPA, PC, Colonel U.S. Army (retired), age 73, died Thursday, April 27, 2006 in Albuquerque, NM. Jack is survived by his children, Anne Moore, Clark Whitehorn, and Lynne Whitehorn-Umphres; and by his grandsons, Kayne Moore and Noah Whitehorn, all of Albuquerque. Memorial Services will be held on Wednesday, May 3, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. at the First Unitarian Church, 3701 Carlisle Blvd. NE. The family gratefully acknowledges the extraordinary care provided by Dr. Clark Haskins and the New Mexico Cancer Center, and by the staff at Presbyterian Hospital. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
