Andrea Marie Mellekas, 36, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2006 after a long illness. Andrea is survived by her mother, Joan Mellekas; sister, Stefanie DeLeeuw and husband, Don; niece, Erica Bailey; nephew, Sean DeLeeuw; aunts, Renee Lang and Mary Ann Snodgrass; and several cousins and friends. Services will be held by the family at a later date. The family wishes to express their gratitude to all relatives and friends who were so kind and supportive during this difficult time.
