Ellia M. Cera (Pinon), age 22, passed away on April 21, 2006 in Sandoval County. She was born on April 10, 1984 in Santa Fe, NM. She was preceded in death by Elena Martinez Maez grandmother, Abelardo Cera Carrasco, grandfather. She is survived by her parents: Miguel and Marie Cera; sisters: Maria E. Evans and Britton, Leticia M. Baca and Ruben; brother Miguel J. Cera II and Felicia Rodriguez; nephews, Jesse "Bob" Evans, Britton "B.B." Evans, Ruben Baca; maternal grandfather and godfather, Jose Maez and Julia; grandmother, Hermenia Gonzales Parra; maternal aunt, Lenora Marquez and Efrian; maternal uncles, Leopoldo Maez and Leticia, Donald Maez; cousins, Jose Luis Marquez and Veronica Escobar, Liza Miranda and Martin, Efrain "Chito" Marquez; best friend and confidant, Margie Gloria Chavez. She was a graduate of Capitol High School and rated 7th in her class. She was employed at Mervyn's as department manager for the past three years. Ellia's beautiful voice inspired her to sing, and touched the hearts of many. Special messages from Mom: Sing mi hija to us from the heavens a song to the angels, and remember that "A hero lies in you." Visitation Thursday, April 27, 2006 at 6:00 p.m. at Berardinelli Family Chapel. Rosary will follow at 7:00 p.m. The Mass will be celebrated on Friday, April 28, 2006 at 11:00 a.m Santuario de Guadalupe. Pallbearers: Britt, Jesse and BB, Ruben, Miguel, Chito, Luis, and Jeramiah.
