Naida Cordova Sandoval, 64, met her peace on Sunday, April 16, 2006. Naida attended school at St. Francis and at St. Mary's. She is survived by her parents, Alfredo and Lina Cordova; husband, Gregorio Sandoval; son, Carl Chavez and wife, Kathy; daughters, Roberta Chavez, and Ramona Cook and husband, Brian; brother, Alfred Cordova and companion Marylin; sister, Dorothy Barnhill; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. A Rosary will be recited on Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church. Funeral Services will be held on Friday, April 21, 2006 also at Queen of Heaven Church where the Mass will be celebrated at 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place at a later date in Pena Blanca, NM where she will be buried by her grandmother.
