Carmen V. Sanchez, born March 23, 1924, died March 23, 2006 at her home. She is survived by her husband, Placido L. Sanchez; daughter, Marineta Relyea and husband, Frenchy; son, Joe Sanchez; grandchildren, Kimberley, Bill, Jason, and Brendan; and seven great-grandchildren. A Memorial Rosary will be recited Tuesday, March 28, 2006 at 7:00 p.m. at the French Mortuary, Wyoming Chapel. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated Wednesday, March 29, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 5310 Claremont Ave. NE. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to the Placitas Elementary School, #5 Calle de Carbon, Placitas, NM 87043.
