Juana Otero, age 94, a resident of El Cerro, NM, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2006. She was a lifetime member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. She was also a part of the Senior Citizens Group for many years. Juana was very social with a great sense of humor. She was a beloved wife and mother and had many loving friends. Juana was preceded in death by her husband, Emilio Otero; and son, Amarante Otero. She is survived by her sons, Frank and his wife, Clara, Cleofas and his wife, Trinnie, Odelio and his wife, Bertha, Eddie and his companion, Criselda, and Gilbert; daughters, May, Connie, Dolores and her companion, Bernie, and Jean; 12 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. All Services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Monday, March 27, 2006 beginning with a viewing from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. with the Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated following the Rosary at 11:00 a.m. Interment will take place at Valencia Catholic Cemetery.
