Henry Mendenhall passed away Tuesday, March 14, 2006. Henry, you were an artist, a musician, a storyteller, and an avid photographer and lover of nature whose constant humor and clever wit will never be forgotten. Your loving family and many friends are better people for having been a part of your life. Although born in Philadelphia, PA in 1911, New Mexico was your heart-felt home. You married Katherine Miller at "the little church around the corner" in NYC in 1945 and then returned to NM to celebrate 61 wonderful years together. Your children inherited your optimism and joy in living and are also storytellers... of their many adventures with you while growing up. For 94 years your mind and hands were never idle.
