GEORGE. A thirty-year resident of Albuquerque, George passed away at his home on March 21, 2006 at the age of 71. He is survived by his beloved wife of 45 years, Eileen; two daughters; Linda and husband, Greg Fredericks; Lisa and her husband, Steve Bianchetti; his five grandchildren: Jason, Joshua, Jessica, Justin, Jacob; brothers, Ronald of Coram, NY and Harold "Whitey" of The Villages, FL. George will be missed by his many friends and family. George was very proud to have been a longtime active member of the Sheet Metal Workers Union local #49 and the Knights of Columbus. He also served as a consultant for HRDI/Human Resources Development Institute and enjoyed playing "at" tennis, reading, and traveling with his wife. According to his wishes, cremation will take place. A Rosary will be said at John XXIII Catholic Community Church on April 21, 2006 at 7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held on April 22, 2006 at John XXIII Catholic Community Church, 10:00 a.m. with Ennichement to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
