Frank G. Garcia, 89, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, March 23, 2006. Frank was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished his children. He had a positive attitude on life and saw the good in everyone; he truly had a good heart. He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Catalina (Kate); son, Ray Garcia and wife, Mary; daughters: Margaret Pineda and husband, Ray and Kathy Giron and husband, Randy. He is also survived by four grandsons: Anthony Pineda and wife, Sara; Michael Pineda and wife, Tracy; Christopher Giron and wife, Tanya; and Brian Giron; four great-granddaughters; a sister, Della Giron; and numerous nephews and nieces. A special niece, Tomasita Baca, is considered a daughter and her children as grandchildren. Mr. Garcia's family will be reflecting on his life with a visitation, Rosary, Mass, and burial. The visitation and Rosary were held on Saturday. The Mass will be Monday at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church at 12:00 noon followed by a Graveside Service at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Ray Pineda, Randy Giron, Michael Pineda, Brian Giron, Rudy and Robert Montoya. Honorary pallbearers will be Chris Giron and Anthony Pineda.
