Obituary for SALAZAR

Dolores M. Salazar died Sunday, March 19, 2006 at a local Albuquerque hospital. She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Donald G. Salazar of the family home; daughter, Pauline A. Riley and husband, Roger D. of Albuquerque, NM; two grandchildren, Serena and Jarrett Riley of Albuquerque, NM; two sisters, Otilia "Tillie" Wisniewski and husband, Frank of El Paso, TX and Pita G. Sanchez of Las Vegas, NV and many nieces, nephews, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Juan Pablo and Andrea Gutierrez; sisters, Terry Duran, Josephine Gutierrez, and Toni Warlick; brothers, Jose and Horacio Gutierrez; and nephews, Bobby Ray Gutierrez and Marshall Bass. Mrs. Salazar was born in Santa Rosa, NM and attended school there. She later worked for Mountain Bell Telephone Company until her retirement. Dolores was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister and loved all of them very much. A Rosary will be recited Tuesday, March 21, 2006, 7:00 p.m., at French Mortuary, Wyoming Blvd. Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, March 22, 2006, 10:00 a.m., at Risen Savior Catholic Community; 7701 Wyoming Blvd. NE. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
