The family would like to thank Dr. Kathlyn Allen, her staff and the CCU nurses and the staff at Presbyterian Hospital; Dolly Garcia, Ted Montoya, Joe Gonzales, Rene Russell, Ronnie Salas, Kathy and Joe Lucero, and Thia Smith, for all their care and help.
