Paul was a 12 year resident of the New Mexico State Veterans Home in T or C, where he received loving care, for which the Talmadge Family will be forever grateful. Our heartfelt thanks go to the entire staff. He is survived by his son, John Talmadge; and daughter, Rebecca West; brother, Ron Talmadge; sister, Joyce Spaulding; six grandchildren- Arianna and Samantha Talmadge, Anastasia, Joshua, Isaac, and Josiah West; and many extended family members in Albuquerque. His warm smile, kind heart, and sense of humor will be missed. He joins, at long last, his true love and wife who preceded him in death in 1978.
